A NSKK EM Motor Group Franken Overseas Cap; RZM Tagged

This is an extremely well preserved, near mint NSKK (National Social Motor Corps/Nationalsozialistisches Kraftfahrkorps) Enlisted Member’s Feldmütze, constructed of a black cotton/wool blended fabric, with fold-down side and back panels attached to the cap on the left and right side via black threading, with aggressive downwards sloping scallops towards the front. The front of the cap features two vertically positioned aluminum buttons, as well as a NSKK Gruppe Franken insignia on the left side of the cap constructed of yellow, black, and silver machine embroidery. The interior of the cap is fully lined with a black cotton/rayon blended fabric, with a RZM label attached towards the upper right side of the interior of the cap, numbered “273229”, but with the rest illegible. The cap measures 280 mm x 112 mm (folded), and is in overall extremely fine condition, and does not show any significant signs of wear or age on the exterior, with some light white paint blotches on the interior, presumably from storage.
