Hanoverian Waterloo Medal 1815, Lieutenant Joh. Hr. Conr. Wynecken, Landwehr Battalion Verden: - (LIEUTENANT JOH. HR. CONR. WYNECKEN, LANDW. BAT. VERDEN). Naming in engraved. Contact marks, edge wear, cleaned, better than very fine. Footnote: Lieutenant Joh. Hr. Conr. Wynecken of the Landwehr Battalion Verden served in Lieutenant General Sir Lowry Coles' 6th Division with Colonel Best's 4th Hanoverian Brigade. He was wounded on June 18, 1815, along with four other officers and thirty-seven other ranks. In addition, ten were killed, making it a total of nine percent of casualties sustained to the unit.
