What's a max bid?

Constructed of silver with enamels, the exterior bearing an oval blue enameled medallion with a gilt monogram of King Ludwig II of Bavaria, the interior marked with a silver content number of “800”, measuring approximately 16.90 mm in interior diameter, weighing 7.2 grams, extensive chipping is evident to the enameled medallion, in overall very fine condition.
