What's a max bid?

Constructed of bronze, the obverse with a raised leftward-facing profile of Queen Therese, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with a central inscription of “ZUM ANDENKEN” (“IN MEMORY”), within an oak leaf wreath, the reverse maker marked “C. VOIGT”, measuring 37.48 mm in diameter, weighing 35.3 grams, in extremely fine condition.
