What's a max bid?

An original presentation case of issue for an Order of Military Merit, IV Class, constructed of light-blue leatherette, the obverse is embossed in silver with Bayr. M.V.O. 4.Kl., also presenting handwriting in black ink, the interior with a white satin lining, with a slotted white-felt medal bed, with functional clasp, measuring 60 mm (w) x 75 mm (l) x 19 mm (h), presenting scuffing around edges, and in near very fine condition.
