What's a max bid?

(Gedenkabzeichen). A bronze oval badge, the obverse presents a Bavarian lion balancing on a horizontal cannon barrel above the date 1924, with the dates 11.X.1824 (foundation date for the 1st Royal Bavarian Field Artillery Prince Regent Luitpold) and 1.X.1900 (foundation date for the 7th Royal Bavarian Field Artillery Prince Regent Luitpold), with the royal ciphers for Prinz Regent Luitpold, surmounted by the Bavarian crown, the reverse centre presents a principle vertical pinback, measuring 47.09 mm (w) x 61.88 mm (h), weighing 38.4 grams, and in extremely fine condition.
