What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid of $110 dollars, the system will subsequently place a bid of $111 dollars on your behalf. The system will continue to bid in $1.00 dollar increments until your maximum bid of $120 dollars is exceeded.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A group of three Bavarian medals, including a Military Merit Cross, III Class, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension, consisting of a Maltese Cross with pebbled arms, the obverse with a central medallion depicting a monogram of King Ludwig, surrounded by a stylized belt with an inscription of “MERENTI” (“FOR MERIT”), the reverse with an analogous medallion bearing a Bavarian lion rampant, similarly surrounded by a belt with a date of “1866”, unmarked, measuring 42.58 mm (w) x 49.16 mm (h), weighing 17.4 grams, in better than very fine condition; a King Ludwig Cross, constructed of blackened bronze, on loop for suspension, the obverse with a central leftward-facing profile of Ludwig III, the reverse with a raised institution date of “7.1.1916”, unmarked, measuring 39.95 mm (w) x 45.85 mm (h), weighing 22.3 grams, in near extremely fine condition, and; a 15-Year Military Long Service Cross, constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension, the obverse with a central shield and Bavarian checkered flag, the reverse with a central shield bearing number “15” in Roman numerals, unmarked, measuring 39.98 mm (w) x 43.45 mm (h), weighing 12.5 grams, in very fine condition.
