What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid of $110 dollars, the system will subsequently place a bid of $111 dollars on your behalf. The system will continue to bid in $1.00 dollar increments until your maximum bid of $120 dollars is exceeded.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A lot of three Bavarian decorations, including a Military Merit Cross, III Class with Swords, constructed of coppered bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Maltese Cross with pebbled arms, the obverse with a central raised monogram of King Ludwig II, within a stylized belt with an inscription of “MERENTI” (“MERIT), the reverse with a central Bavarian lion rampant, within a stylized belt with an institution date of “1866” and arabesques, the obverse twelve o’clock arm with a crossed sword clasp, unmarked, measuring 42.83 mm (w) x 50.25 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; a Bavarian State Red Cross Association Medal for Merit in Wartime, constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, unmarked, measuring 27.30 mm (w) x 37.90 mm (h), in extremely fine condition, and; a Landwehr II Class Long Service Clasp, constructed of blackened magnetic metal, affixed to a bronze backplate with horizontal pinback and an original ribbon, unmarked, measuring 42 mm (w) x 32 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
