(Dienstauszeichnung für Unteroffiziere und Soldaten nach 25 Jahren). Instituted 1 April 1833 by Duke Wilhelm. (1833-1879 issue). Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée, the obverse with a central medallion bearing a raised monogram of Duke Wilhelm, the reverse with an analogous medallion bearing a raised number “21”, unmarked, measuring 31.02 mm (w) x 35.30 mm (h), weighing 14.6 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in extremely fine condition.
