(Bandschnalle). A medal bar featuring three decorations, including a King Ludwig’s Cross, a cross constructed of blackened bronze, the obverse centre presenting the left-facing bust of King Ludwig, the reverse centre presenting the date 7.I.1916, measuring 39.52 mm (w) x 40.37 mm (h), weighing 16.8 grams, and in near very fine condition. An Eastern Front Medal, a round medal constructed of zink with a gun-metal coating, the concave obverse features a NSDAP-style eagle grasping a swastika with a laurel behind it, the reverse features the text WINTERSCHLACHT IM OSTEN 1941/42 (WINTER BATTLE IN THE EAST 1941/42) featuring a crossed sword and branch below the text, a helmet and stick grenade connects the medal and loop, measuring 35.73 mm in diameter, weighing 18.3 grams, and in near very fine condition. A 1914/1918 Kyffhäuser Commemorative Medal, in gilt bronze, the obverse inscribed BLANK DIE WEHR, REIN DIE EHR (TO ARMS WITH AN HONOUR INTACT), the reverse dedicates this award to the fighters of the first war, maker marked HOSAEUS, measuring 30.99 mm (w) x 46.90 mm (h), weighing 16.0 grams, and in near very fine condition. All on loops for suspension form period original ribbons, mounted to a non-magnetic medal bar, with a yellow wool backing and horizontal pinback, measuring 99 mm, presenting soiled ribbons, but in overall near very fine condition.
