What's a max bid?

(Orden Philips des Großmütigen, Großkreuz). Issued 1849-1918. The star of the order consisting of a silver eight-pointed rayed star; the obverse with a central light blue enameled medallion depicting the rightward facing outline of Philip, surrounded by a white ring of enamels on Gold inscribed “SI DEUS NOBISCUM QUIS CONTRA NOS” (Latin - If God is with us, who shall be against us?) in Gold; the reverse plain, with a vertical pinback, and a functional hinge/catch assembly; measuring 82.6mm (w) x 83.00 mm (h); with minor enamel loss, toned silver, remains near extremely fine.
