(Dienstauszeichnung I. Klasse für 15 Jahre). Instituted 30 July 1913 by Grand Duke Ernst Ludwig. (1913-1918 issue). Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée with ribbed arms, the obverse with a central royal crown, the reverse with a central number “15” in Roman numerals, unmarked, measuring 36.06 mm (w) x 40.10 mm (h), weighing 15.9 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in extremely fine condition.
