What's a max bid?

Silver gilt with blue, green, white and black enamels, maker marked "W" (Johann Wagner und Söhne, Berlin) and marked "938" (silver) on the edge of the bottom arm, 39.5 mm x 58 mm inclusive of its crown suspension, original ribbon, parade-mounted, chipping evident in the white enamels on the bottom arm on the reverse, near extremely fine.
