(Freie und Hansestadt Lübeck Medaille für Treue Dienst). A circular medal constructed of gilded bronze, the obverse with a raised and finely-detailed Lübeck coat of arms, circumscribed by an inscription of “DER SENAT DER FREIEN UND HANSESTADT LÜBECK” (“THE SENATE OF THE FREE AND HANSEATIC CITY OF LÜBECK”), the reverse with a circular wreath, bearing a central inscription of “DEM SARGTRAGER G.A.F. MARTENS FUR TREUE IM DIENSTE 1926” (THE PALLBEARER G.A.F. MARTENS FOR LOYALTY IN THE SERVICE 1926), the obverse maker marked “G. LOOS F.” for the firm of Berliner Medaillen-Münze, measuring 50.94 mm in diameter, weighing 66.7 grams, very fine.
