A silver cross pattée with stippled arms, the obverse centre presents a white enamelled medallion depicting a Brandenburg crowned eagle, the reverse centre engraved with a crowned cipher of King Friedrich Wilhelm III, on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, featuring the “50” Jubilee clasp, maker marked “W” for Johann Wagner & Sohn of Berlin on the bottom of the six o’clock arm, measuring 38.70 mm (w) x 42.43 mm (h), weighing 17.0 grams, and in near extremely fine condition.
