What's a max bid?

A Prussian medal bar featuring four decorations, including a General Honour Cross of 1900, constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patté, the obverse with a central gilt medallion bearing an inscription of “VERDIENST UM DEN STAAT” (“SERVICE TO THE STATE”) inside of a laurel wreath, the reverse with a central monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, unmarked, measuring 40.00 mm (w) x 43.65 mm (h), weighing 12.8 grams, in very fine condition; a General Honour Medal, constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period originalr ibbon, the obverse with a monogram of Kaiser Friedrich Wilhelm III, the reverse with a central inscription of “VERDIENST UM DEN STAAT” (“SERVICE TO THE STATE”), unmarked, measuring 39.24 mm in diameter, weighing 22.8 grams, in very fine condition; a Kaiser Wilhelm I 100th Birthday Commemorative Medal, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a central rightward-facing profile of Kaiser Wilhelm I circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with an inscription of “ZUM ANDENKEN AN DEN HUNDERTSTEN GEBURTSTAG DES GROSSEN KAISERS WILHELM I 1797-22 MAERZ-1897” (“IN COMMEMORATIVE OF THE HUNDREDTH BIRTHDAY OF THE GREAT KAISER WILHELM II”), unmarked, measuring 39.98 mm in diameter, weighing 31.6 grams, in better than very fine condition, and; a War Commemorative Medal of 1870/71, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, unmarked, measuring 29.00 mm in diameter, weighing 14.0 grams, in near extremely fine condition; all set on a 140 mm-long magnetic metal bar with a horizontal pinback.
