An extensive Prussian medal bar featuring four decorations and five ribbons, including an 1870 Iron Cross for Non-Combatants with Jubilee Clip, constructed of iron and silver, consisting of a Cross Pattée with a blackened magnetic iron core within a ribbed silver frame, the obverse with a central initial “W”, the six o’clock arm with a reinstitution date of “1870”, the twelve o’clock arm with a royal crown, the reverse with three central oak leaves, the six o’clock arm with an initial institution date of “1813”, the twelve o’clock arm with initials “FW” topped by a royal crown, the twelve o’clock arm with an integral loop and suspension ring with its period original ribbon, bearing a clip with three oak leaves overlaid by number “25”, unmarked, measuring 41.80 mm (w) x 46.53 mm (h), weighing 16.9 grams, in better than very fine condition; an Order of the Red Eagle, IV Class Cross, constructed of silver with enamels, consisting of a Cross Pattée with pebbled arms, the obverse with a central white enameled medallion bearing a hand-painted Hohenzollern-style eagle, the reverse with a raised monogram of Kaiser Friedrich Wilhelm, the lower edge of the six o’clock marked “W” for maker J. Wagner & Sohn, Berlin, the twelve o’clock arm with an integral loop and suspension ring with its period original ribbon, measuring 38.55 mm (w) x 42.32 mm (h), weighing 17.3 grams, in better than very fine condition; an 1866 Memorial Cross for Non-Combatants, constructed of bronze, consisting of a Cross Pattée, the obverse with a central Prussian imperial eagle above a date of “1866”, the arms with an inscription of “PFLICHTTREUE IM KRIEG” (“DEVOTION TO DUTY IN WAR”), the reverse with a central monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm I circumscribed by an inscription of “PREUSSENS SIEGREICHEN HEERE” (“PRUSSIA’S VICTORIOUS ARMY”), the arms with an inscription of “GOTT WAR MIT UNS, IHM SEI DIE EHRE” (“GOD WAS WITH US, TO HIM THE HONOUR”), the quadrants of the cross joined by an oak leaf wreath, the twelve o’clock arm with an integral loop and suspension ring with its period original ribbon, unmarked, measuring 34.39 mm (w) x 39.18 mm (h), weighing 11.6 grams, in better than very fine condition; a War Commemorative Medal of 1870/71, constructed of bronze, the obverse with an Iron Cross overlaid by dates “1870-1871” inside of a laurel wreath, the reverse with a monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm I above an inscription of “DEM SIEGREICHEN HEERE” (“TO THE VICTORIOUS ARMY”), circumscribed by an inscription of “GOTT WAR MIT UNS, IHM SEI DIE EHRE” (“GOD WAS WITH US, TO HIM THE HONOUR”), the edge with an inscription of “AUS EROBERTEM GESCHUETZ” (“FROM CONQUERED CANNON”), on loop for suspension with its period original ribbon, unmarked, measuring 29.04 mm in diameter, weighing 14.1 grams, in near extremely fine condition, and; a Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Medal, constructed of bronze, the obverse with a rightward-facing profile of Kaiser Wilhelm I flanked by name and title, the reverse with an inscription of “ZUM ANDENKEN AN DEN HUNDERTSTEN GEBURTSTAG DES GROSSEN KAISERS WILHELM I” (“AS A SOUVENIR OF THE HUNDREDTH BIRTHDAY OF THE GREAT KAISER WILHELM I”), unmarked, on loop for suspension with its period original ribbon, measuring 39.96 mm in diameter, weighing 33.3 grams, in near extremely fine condition; all suspended from a 145 mm-long bar with a horizontal pinback, bearing an additional blue ribbon for a decoration which has since been lost, unmarked, in near extremely fine condition.
