A Fine Miniature Group of Eight by Godet & Sohn, Berlin - all miniatures mounted on a gilt chain, 15cm (or 6 inches) long, end with round maker’s button hole device, marked Godet & Sohn, Berlin, comprising: Prussia, Order of Red Eagle, in silver and enamels, 15mm; Prussia, Order of the Crown, in Gold and enamels, 15mm; Red Cross Medal, gilt; China Campaign medal, silvered, 16mm; Oldenburg, Order of Friedrich, Knight’s Cross with Crown, in gilt and enamels; Russia, Order of St. Stanislaus, in Gold and enamels, 19mm; Bolivia, Order of Bolivar, Grand Cross miniatures (grand cross and the Star); all of superb quality manufacture, and in virtually mint condition; this fine looking set contained within Godet marked case of issue; circa 1905.
