What's a max bid?

"(Hausorden von Hohenzollern, Kreuz der Inhaber). Instituted 5 December 1841 by Prince Konstantin of Hohenzollern-Hechingen and Prince Karl Anton of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen. Post-1945 Copy. In silver, consisting of a Ruppert Cross with pebbled and black enamelled arms, the quadrants of the cross with a green enamelled laurel and oak wreath, with gilt swords crossing through the centre, the obverse with a central white enamelled medallion bearing a black Hohenzollern eagle, surrounded by a ring of blue enamel with a silver inscription of VOM FELS ZUM MEER (FROM THE CLIFFS TO THE SEA) with green laurel branches, the reverse with a central white enamelled medallion bearing a monogram of Kaiser Friedrich Wilhelm IV, surrounded by a blue enamelled ring with an inscription of DEN 18. JANUAR 1851 with green laurel and oak branches, the twelve o’clock arm with a hollow silver crown suspension apparatus connecting to a period original ribbon, measuring 37.68 mm (w) x 55.97 mm (h), weighing 27.7 grams (inclusive of ribbon), on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, presenting very low chipping of enamels on reverse, in otherwise near extremely fine condition. "
