What's a max bid?

Prussia, Kingdom. A Royal House Order of Hohenzollern, Member’s Decoration with 50th Jubilee Clasp

(Königlicher Hausorden von Hohenzollern Adler der Inhaber mit Jubiläumszahl 50). Instituted 18 January 1851 by King Friedrich Wilhelm IV. (1861-1918 issue). Constructed of silver with multi-coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with “50” clasp adoring the loop, consisting of a double-sided and finely-detailed Hohenzollern imperial eagle clutching a sword and sceptre, with its head surrounded by a halo bearing a raised inscription of “VOM FELS ZUM MEER” (“FROM THE CLIFFS TO THE SEA”), the obverse overlaid by a black and white enameled checkered shield, unmarked, measuring 33.45 mm (w) x 34.54 mm (h), weighing 12.9 grams, in extremely fine condition.
