What's a max bid?

Instituted 4 July 1913. A circular medal constructed of bronze, the obverse centre bears a lion on a pedestal laying down, with two crossed oak leaf branches, the reverse bears the dates “1813 30. NOVEMBER 1913” with four oak leaves, measuring 39.65 mm (w) x 44.66 mm (h), with loop for suspension on a white and orange striped ribbon, very fine.
