What's a max bid?

(Verdienstkreuz in Gold mit 60 Jahre Anhänger). Instituted 27 January 1912 by Kaiser Wilhelm II. (1912-1918 issue). Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with “60” clasp, consisting of a Maltese Cross with pebbled arms, both the obverse and reverse with central monograms of Kaiser Wilhelm II, unmarked, measuring 41.12 mm (w) x 42.39 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
