Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with “65” clasp, consisting of a Maltese Cross with pebbled arms, the centerpiece of both the obverse and reverse with a central monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, maker marked “H” with a silver content mark of “938”, measuring 40.81 mm (w) x 42.08 mm (h), weighing 18.0 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in extremely fine condition.
