What's a max bid?

(Krieger-Verdienstmedaille). Instituted 1835 by King Friedrich Wilhelm III. (1873-1918 issue). Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm I, the reverse with an inscription of “KRIEGER VERDIENST” (“WARRIOR MERIT”), within a laurel wreath joined together at the bottom by a ribbon, unmarked, measuring 24.74 mm in diameter, weighing 8.2 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
