A circular plate constructed of bronze, three piece construction, the centre bears a black enamel eagle with outstretched wings clutching a wreath in one talon on a dark background, encompassed by a simulated twisted rope border, encompassed by a white enamel border circumscribed with “SUUM CUIQUE” (TO EACH THEIR OWN) at the top and two crossed laurel branches at the bottom in green and red paint, encompassed with another simulated twisted rope border, the reverse is plain and bears an abundance of metal prongs for attachment, measuring 49.01 mm, very fine.
