(Ehren-Auszeichnung für 30 Jahre). Instituted on 16 September 1886. Type I. (1886-1895 Issue). Constructed of silver, consisting of a Shamrock Cross with intricately detailed arms, the obverse with a central medallion with the number “30” circumscribed by inscription “FÜR TREUE DIENSTE” (“FOR LOYAL SERVICE”), the reverse with a raised monogram of Duke Ernst I, unmarked, measuring 44.11 mm (w) x 48.97, weighing 23.7 (inclusive of ribbon), in very fine condition.
