What's a max bid?

(Ovale silberne Herzog Carl Eduard Medaille mit Krone). Instituted 10 March 1911. (1911-1935 issue). Constructed of silver, with an integral suspension loop, the obverse with a raised rightward-facing profile of Duke Carl Eduard, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with a central Saxe-Coburg and Gotha coat of arms, flanked by lions rampant, topped by an inscription of “FUER VERDIENST” (“FOR MERIT”), above an inscription of “TREU UND BESTAENDIG” (“FAITHFUL AND BRAVE”), unmarked, measuring 32.37 mm (w) x 52.34 mm (h), weighing 25.3 grams, in extremely fine condition.
