What's a max bid?

(Medaille zum 50-jährigen Regierunsjubiläum). Constructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a rightward-facing profile of Ernst I, the reverse with an inscription of “ERNST HERZOG VON SACHSEN-ALTENBURG” and a date of “3. AUGUST 1903”, unmarked, measuring 32.66 mm in diameter, weighing 16.3 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in extremely fine condition.
