What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original bowtie ribbon, the obverse with a rightward-facing profile of Duke Carl Eduard, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with a raised depiction of the Saxe-Ernestine House Order, circumscribed by an order motto of “FIDELITER ET CONSTANTER” (“FAITHFUL AND STEADFAST”), unmarked, measuring 30.90 mm in diameter, in very fine condition.
