What's a max bid?

A Pickelhaube helmet plate constructed of grey magnetic steel, the obverse centre bears a Saxon coat of arms encompassed by a laurel leaf wreath topped with a royal crown, situated on an eight-rayed base, the reverse is plain plain, unmarked and bears two attachment prongs, measuring 106.68 mm, very fine.
