(Dienstauszeichnung II. Klasse für 12 Jahre). Instituted 6 September 1913 by King Friedrich August III. (1913-1918 issue). Constructed of bronzed neusilber, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a central monogram of King Friedrich August III, circumscribed by an inscription of “TREUE DIENSTE BEI DER FAHNE” (“FAITHFUL SERVICE TO THE FLAG”), the reverse with a number “12” in Roman numerals, unmarked, measuring 29.94 mm in diameter, weighing 14.4 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
