What's a max bid?

Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with pentagonal bronze backplate and horizontal pinback, the obverse with a detailed depiction of a farmer plowing a field, the reverse with an inscription of “FÜR VERDIENST UM DAS LANDWIRTSCHAFT” (“FOR MERIT IN AGRICULTURE”), above a Saxon coat of arms and within a stylized wreath, unmarked, measuring 27.98 mm in diameter, accompanied by its period original presentation case, constructed of card stock with a faux black leather exterior, the interior with a white satin-type lid liner and intact hinge cover, with a depressed white velvet medal bed, opening with a functional metal spring catch with exterior stud release and a functional magnetic metal hinge, the lid liner maker marked “GLASER & SOHN, DRESDEN”, measuring 56 mm (w) x 90 mm (l), in overall near extremely fine condition.
