(Dienstauszeichnung 1.Klasse für Unteroffiziere). Instituted 6 September 1913 by King Friedrich August III. (1913-1918 issue). Constructed of copper, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée with ribbed arms, the obverse with a central monogram of King Friedrich August III, the reverse with a central number “15” in Roman numerals, unmarked, measuring 35.56 mm (w) x 39.58 mm (h), weighing 14.0 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
