(Steckkreuz für Treue Dienst 1914). Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribboned, consisting of a Geneva Cross, the obverse with a central monogram of Prince Adolf, the arms with an inscription of “FÜR TREUE DIENSTE 1914” (“FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE 1914”), the reverse plain, unmarked, measuring 35.74 mm (w) x 40.34 mm (h), in better than very fine condition.
