What's a max bid?

A rectangular bar constructed of gilded silver, the centre bears a cut-out crowned “W” cipher, within a cut-out frame, on a red ribbon with blue stripes, on a magnetic metal backer, measuring 40.37 mm (w) x 25.13 mm (h), very fine.
