(Wilhelmskreuz für öffentliche Wohlfahrt, Jubiläumsausgabe). Instituted 13 September 1915 by King Wilhelm II. (1915-1918 issue). Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée, the obverse with a central wreathed monogram of King Wilhelm II, the six o’clock arm with a reinstitution date of “1915”, the twelve o’clock arm with a royal crown, the reverse plain, unmarked, measuring 43.82 mm (w) x 48.67 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
