(Silberne Erinnerungsmedaille zum 25. Regierungsjubiläum König Karl). Instituted 1 June 1889 by King Karl. (1889 issue). Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a raised rightward-facing profile of King Karl, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with an inscription of “ZUM 25 JÄHRIGEN REGIERUNGSJUBILÄUM 25. JUNI 1864-1889” (“TO THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE REIGN, 25TH JUNE 1864-1889”), within a laurel and oak leaf wreath, unmarked, measuring 30.27 mm in diameter, weighing 12.2 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
