A pair of Württemberg service medals, including a Long Service Medal, III Class for 9 Years of Service, constructed of neusilber, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a central royal crown, within a round laurel leaf wreath, the reverse with an inscription of “FÜR TREUE DIENSTE BEI DER FAHNE” (“FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE TO THE FLAG”), with a number “9” in Roman numerals, within an oak leaf wreath, unmarked, measuring 31.16 mm in diameter, weighing 16.6 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in better than very fine condition, and; a Military Merit Medal in Silver, constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a rightward-facing profile of Wilhelm II of Württemberg, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with an inscription of “FÜR TAPFERKEIT UND TREUE” (“FOR BRAVERY AND LOYALTY”), inside of an oak leaf wreath, unmarked, measuring 28.41 mm in diameter, weighing 12.3 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
