What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

Your entered maximum bid will not be disclosed to the seller or other auction participants at any point.

Max bidding example:

If the current auction price is $100 dollars and you place a maximum bid of $120 dollars, the system will bid $101 dollars on your behalf.

If no other participant places a bid, you win that auction lot for $101 dollars.

If another auction participant places a bid of $110 dollars, the system will subsequently place a bid of $111 dollars on your behalf. The system will continue to bid in $1.00 dollar increments until your maximum bid of $120 dollars is exceeded.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Contains two pieces: Tunic and Pants. The tunic is fabricated from a khaki cotton herringbone twill (HBT), with a vented opening at the front that runs from the mid-point of the tunic to the collar, with two gray metal buttons on the right side of the vented opening, facing two reinforced button holes on the left side, the collar fitting flush to the neckline. There is large pocket sewn in place on the left breast, along with a 48 mm x 60 mm white paper tag appearing to the right of the pocket and inline with the venting above, the tag printed in black ink with a "1" and held in place by four staples. The bottom of the tunic has a white cord drawstring sewn within its body and appears on the exterior thanks to two reinforced eyelets, one on either side at the front, the right side of the cord dangling and the left side of the cord looped and when tied together, ensures a snug fit at the waist. Both cuffs are in the button-down style, each with a gray metal button and reinforced button hole. Inside, there are reinforcing patches sewn in place on either side at the waist, each with reinforced eyelets. It is maker stamped in black ink with a "1" above "F. Engel Eladersieben" by the right side reinforced eyelet, the tunic measuring 460 mm across the shoulders and 610 mm in length overall. The pants are fabricated from a khaki cotton herringbone twill (HBT), matching that used on the tunic, with four gray metal buttons at the fly, along with a gray metal button at the waist for a secure fit. It has three pockets: deep side-entry pockets on both sides at the front, each of which is white cotton-lined; and a small khaki cotton HBT pocket sewn in place to the right of the fly. There are two gray metal buttons on either side at the waist on the front, while the rear is single-vented with two gray metal buttons on either side of the venting. Just below the venting there are two straps sewn in place, the one on the left side with a magnetic two-prong silvered metal buckle held in place by a gray metal button, and when the strap on the right side is fed through the buckle, ensures a snug fit at the rear. The inside is stamped in black ink on the front at the waist with the production code "R.B-Nr. 0/0784/0021" above "82" and "84", the pants measuring 410 mm in width x 1,150 mm in length. Mint. (C:125)
