What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered and patinated metal alloy; the obverse consisting of an oak and laurel wreath, with an eagle superimposed on the badge; the reverse plain, with two rivets for the attachment of the eagle, with a vertical pin, a barrel hinge, and a flat wire catch; measuring 44.25 mm (w) x 52.85 mm (h); weighing 37.7 grams; in mint condition.
