What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Grand Cross Sash Badge: silver gilt with red and black enamels, 70 mm, on its full-length original sash incorporating repeating embroidered Federal Republic eagle insignias; and Grand Cross Breast Star: three-piece construction, silver gilt with red and black enamels, marked "925" (silver) on the reverse, 69 mm x 80 mm, vertical pinback. Intact enamels, extremely fine. In their hardshelled case of issue, FederalRepublic coat-of-arms on the cover and on the inside lid, maker marked "STEINHAUER & LÜCK Lüdenscheid" on the bottom, recessed and slotted medal bed, dual latch closure with one latch missing, case near extremely fine.
