A Post War German Hunting Dagger by Weyersberg & Co, Soligen

Dagger features the maker's stamp "Weyersberg & Co, Soligen", approximately 47cm total length. Some loss of finish but no wear to the blade; overall in very good condition. Blade not sharpened, with writings "Gott Mit Uns" (God with us) on the one side, displaying a lone hunter and matching hunting theme on the other. Elk hoof crossguard with shield, displaying an elk being tackled by hunting dog. Sheath decorated with pine cone; leather is still stiff, strong, with only some light marks. (C: 82)
