What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse with a central raised Federal Republic-style German national eagle, circumscribed by an inscription of “EINIGKEIT - RECHT - FREIHEIT” (“UNITY - JUSTICE - FREEDOM”), the reverse with a loop and dual attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 68 mm (w) x 54 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
