Bronze gilt with white enamels, maker marked "WILH. DEUMER LÜDENSCHEID" on the reverse, illustrating the Brandenburg Gate, inscribed "1936" on the gate's lintel and "XI.OLYMPIADE BERLIN" at its base, rings on either side of its base for attachment to the grill of an automobile, with the five conjoined rings insignia of the Olympic Games below the gate, 72 mm x 76.5 mm, intact enamels, extremely fine.
