What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A grouping of four German Imperial medals and awards, consisting of 1) A Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918 with swords; in bronzed metal (magnetic); with its period original ribbon, with a sewn-on horizontal pinback; maker marked “0.12” on the reverse; measuring 38 mm x 38 mm. 2) Non-Combatant’s Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918; in blacked metal (magnetic); on a correct replacement non-combatant’s ribbon; measuring 38 mm x 38 mm. 3) A Friedrich-August Commemorative Medal; in bronze; on a correct replacement ribbon; measuring 29 mm. 4) A First War Kyffhäuser Commemorative medal; in brass; with a shortened ribbon with swords; measuring 47 mm x 31 mm; overall better than fine to near very fine condition.
