What's a max bid?

(Drittes Reich Abzeichen). A mixed group of decorations, including an Honour Cross of the German Mother in Gold, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Latin Cross, the obverse with blue and white enameled arms, with a central black enameled swastika, circumscribed by a raised inscription of “DER DEUTSCHEN MUTTER” (“TO THE GERMAN MOTHER”), the reverse with an etched institution date of “16. DEZEMBER 1938” and a facsimile of the Führer, unmarked, measuring 35 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), chipping and loss of enamel evident, in near very fine condition; a Wound Badge in Black, constructed of blackened bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel wreath, with a central Stahlhelm overlaid by a mobile swastika, on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with a vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 37.87 mm (w) x 44.27 mm (h), weighing 12.7 grams, most of the black finish has been lost, in very fine condition, and; a War Merit Medal, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a raised Maltese Cross bearing a central wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with an inscription of “FÜR KRIEGSVERDIENST 1939” (“FOR WAR MERIT 1939”), unmarked, measuring 31.93 mm in diameter, weighing 12.3 grams, in very fine condition.
