A grouping of four badge, including a German Horse Driver’s Badge, Bronze Grade, by Steinhauer & Lück (Deutsche Fahrer-Abzeichen), an oval badge in bronze, consisting of a man driving a chariot pulled by two horses, surrounded by an oak leaf wreath, the reverse presents a vertical pinback, with a barrel hinge and flat wire catch, maker marked STEINHAUER & LÜCK, LÜDENSCHEID, measuring 40.81 mm (w) x 48.86 mm (h), and in very fine condition. A German Horseman’s Badge, Bronze Grade, by Steinhauer & Lück (Deutsches Reiterabzeichen), an oval badge in bronze, consisting of a man riding a horse, surrounded by an oak leaf wreath, the reverse presents a vertical pinback, with a barrel hinge and flat wire catch, maker marked STEINHAUER & LÜCK, LÜDENSCHEID, measuring 43.02 mm (w) x 49.42 mm (h), and in very fine condition. A 1957 War Merit Cross, II Class, with Swords (Kriegsverdienstkreuz 2. Klasse mit Schwertern) consisting of a bronzed metal alloy, the obverse with the institution date 1939 in raised numbers, the reverse plain, measuring 48.05 mm (w) x 48.25 mm (h), and in very fine condition. A 1957 Wound Badge, Black Grade (Verwundetenabzeichen), an oval shaped blackened metal alloy, the obverse pebbled with a Stahlhelm superimposed on crossed swords within a wreath of laurel leaves with a tied bow at the bottom, the reverse plain with a slender vertical pinback, with a functional hinge/catch assembly, measuring 36.89 mm (w) x 44.23 mm (h), and in near very fine condition.
