A mixed lot of ten ten medals, including two West Wall Medals, each constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from a period original ribbon, consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, the obverse bearing a raised pillbox topped by a crossed sword and shovel and a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse of each bearing an inscription of “FÜR ARBEIT ZUM SCHUTZ DEUTSCHLANDS”, both unmarked, one measuring 32.88 mm (w) x 45.51 mm (h) and weighing 18.7 grams, the other measuring 32.74 mm (w) x 45.61 mm (h) and weighing 18.3 grams, in overall near extremely fine condition; two II Class War Merit Crosses, each constructed of bronzed zink, on loop for suspension from a period original ribbon, consisting of a Maltese Cross with pebbled arms, the obverse with a central wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with a central wreathed date of “1939”, both unmarked, one measuring 48.50 mm (w) x 48.80 mm (h) and weighing 19.2 grams, the other measuring 49.00 mm (w) x 49.01 mm (h) and weighing 14.3 grams, both displaying oxidation and loss of finish, in overall very fine condition; a Wehrmacht 12-Year Long Service Medal, constructed of gilded magnetic metal, the obverse bearing a raised Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of “TREUE DIENSTE IN DER WEHRMACHT” (“FAITHFUL SERVICE IN THE WEHRMACHT”), the reverse bearing a wreathed number “12”, unmarked, measuring 30.02 mm in diameter, weighing 11.7 grams, in near extremely fine condition; a Sudetenland Medal, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, the obverse bearing two raised figures, one of which is clutching a flag and the other a length of broken chain, above a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse bearing a central date of “1. OKTOBER 1938”, circumscribed by an inscription of “EIN VOLK, EIN REICH, EIN FÜHRER” (“ONE PEOPLE, ONE NATION, ONE LEADER”), unmarked, measuring 32.13 mm in diameter, weighing 14.8 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in extremely fine condition; a Civil Service 25-Year Long Service Medal, constructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, consisting of a Cross Pattée with pebbled arms, joined through the quadrants by an oak leaf wreath, the obverse bearing a black swastika, the reverse bearing a central raised inscription of “FÜR TREUE DIENSTE” (“FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE”), unmarked, measuring 41.53 mm (w) x 46.02 mm (h), weighing 23.4 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in near extremely fine condition; a Civil Service 40-Year Faithful Service Cross, constructed of gilded bronze bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, consisting of a Cross Pattée with pebbled arms, joined through the quadrants by an oak leaf wreath, the obverse bearing a black swastika, the reverse bearing a central raised inscription of “FÜR TREUE DIENSTE” (“FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE”), unmarked, measuring 41.34 mm (w) x 46.12 mm (h), weighing 23.7 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in near extremely fine condition; also including two miniature Honour Crosses of the German Mother, Bronze and Silver Grades, in overall fair condition.
