1. A 1939 Iron Cross II Class, constructed of iron and silver, on loop for suspension, consisting of a Cross Pattée with a blackened magnetic iron core within a ribbed silver frame, the obverse with a central mobile swastika, the six o’clock arm with a reinstitution date of “1939”, the reverse six o’clock arm with an initial institution date of “1813”, the suspension loop maker marked with an illegible Präsidialkanzlei code, measuring 44.95 mm (w) x 47.86 mm (h), with minor oxidation evident, in very fine condition.
2. A 1939 Clasp to the Iron Cross I Class, constructed of silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of a Wehrmacht eagle perched on top of a wreathed mobile swastika, situated above a trapezoidal plaque bearing a raised date of “1939”, the reverse with a barrel hinge and flat wire catch, unmarked but with the physical characteristics of manufacture by Wilhelm Deumer, Lüdenscheid, measuring 44.20 mm (w) x 29.86 mm (h), weighing 8.1 grams, moderate loss of finish is evident and the pinback is missing, in fair condition.
3. A Krim Shield, constructed of bronzed zink, the obverse bearing a raised map of Crimea and southern Ukraine, topped by a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, flanked by dates “1941-1942”, the reverse retaining two of four attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 51.98 mm (w) x 61.86 mm (h), weighing 15.8 grams, in addition to the missing prongs most of the bronze finish has been lost and the shield is missing its backplate and liner, in fair condition.
4. A Wehrmacht Driver’s Proficiency Badge, constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of a wreathed steering wheel, the reverse retaining all four attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 41 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in very fine condition.
5. An Anschluss Medal, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from a mis-matched miniature Sudetenland Medal ribbon, the obverse bearing two raised figures, one of which is clutching a flag and the other a length of broken chain, above a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse bearing a central date of “13. MÄRZ 1938”, circumscribed by an inscription of “EIN VOLK, EIN REICH, EIN FÜHRER” (“ONE PEOPLE, ONE NATION, ONE LEADER”), unmarked, measuring 32.12 mm in diameter, weighing 14.6 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
