What's a max bid?

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Germany, Wehrmacht. A Mixed Lot of Decorations

(Wehrmacht Auszeichnungen). A mixed lot of three decorations, including:

1. A Wehrmacht 4-Years Long Service Decoration, constructed of magnetic steel, on loop for suspension from its period original parade-mounted ribbon with horizontal pinback and Heer/Kriegsmarine device, the obevse bearing a raised Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of “TREUE DIENSTE IN DER WEHRMACHT” (“FAITHFUL SERVICE IN THE WEHRMACHT”), the reverse bearing a wreathed number “4”, unmarked, measuring 30.23 mm in diameter, demonstrating minor surface oxidation, in near extremely fine condition.

2. A War Merit Cross II Class with Swords, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Maltese Cross with pebbled arms and with crossed swords piercing the centre, the obverse bearing a central wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse bearing a central wreathed date of “1939”, unmarked, measuring 48.09 mm (w) x 47.95 mm (h), weighing 22.0 grams, in near mint condition.

3. An Eastern Front Medal, constructed of silvered and patinated zink, the obverse bearing a raised Heer-style German national eagle clutching a swastika, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of “WINTERSCHLACHT IM OSTEN 1941/42” (“WINTER BATTLE IN THE EAST 1941/42”), above a crossed sword and laurel branch, topped by a Stahlehlm and stick grenade, unmarked, measuring 35.82 mm (w) x 44.55 mm (h), weighing 18.4 grams, with loss of finish and minor oxidation evident throughout, in very fine condition.
